City parkway trees

The City of Aurora owns and maintains all parkway trees and prunes them as needed. Concerns go to customer service at 311 or 630-256-4636 (City of Aurora).

New trees

The City asks residents to water parkway trees, about twice a week in summer, and warns against mulch volcanoes and stone mulch (same page). It also publishes a "Hiring an Arborist" handout in English and Spanish.

Kane, DuPage, Will or Kendall?

Aurora spans four counties, so your neighbor across the street may deal with a different county for storm reporting. The City's tree rules apply city-wide.
