The request form
If you use "Request service," you give us four things: your name, your phone number, your town, and a short note about the tree. Along with that we save when it was sent, which page it came from, and your browser's user-agent string (to catch spam). No cookies, no ad pixels.
Where it goes
The request is emailed to our inbox, hello@oswegotreeremoval.com, and handed on to an independent tree provider near Oswego, IL, so they can call you back. A backup copy sits in Cloudflare KV storage, our host's database. We don't market to you with it and we don't sell it.
How long
Backups delete themselves after 180 days. Want yours gone sooner? Email hello@oswegotreeremoval.com.
Calls
A call-tracking service logs caller number, time and length so the call can be forwarded and counted. We don't record calls; if that changes, a notice will play first.
Hosting
Cloudflare hosts the site and may keep ordinary server logs for security.
